Our service and promise

1. Reservation and agreement
• Booking via the website or an authorized platform
• The agreement becomes binding after e-mail confirmation
• Main booker must be 21 years or older
• By booking you agree to these terms and conditions
• Only registered guests may stay
• Identification at check-in may be required (NL and FR)
2. Payment
• Deposit at reservation, remaining payment before arrival
• Last-minute bookings: full payment immediately
• If payment is not made on time the reservation may be cancelled; cancellation costs will apply
3. Cancellation by guest
• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 25% of the travel amount due
• Within 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the travel amount due
• No refund in case of early departure
• Force majeure on the guest’s side does not qualify for free cancellation
• Travel and cancellation insurance is recommended
4. Cancellation by the host and force majeure
Examples: fire, storm, damage, technical issues, government measures, park closure or unsafe situations.
Options for the guest:
• Alternative accommodation
• Rescheduling the stay
• Refund of the amount paid
No compensation for indirect costs such as travel, work or planning.
5. Prices and pricing freedom
• Rates per accommodation per night unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change due to season, promotions or cost adjustments
• The price at the time of booking is leading
• Obvious errors reserved; in case of incorrect pricing we will contact you for correction or free cancellation
6. Tourist tax
• Netherlands: included in the booking price
• Abroad (for example France): payable locally upon arrival
7. Extra services and optional additional products
Comfort and linen:
• Extra linen package, towel package, kitchen package, baby set (high chair or baby bed)
Service and stay:
• Late check-out or early check-in if available, BBQ package or BBQ rental (where permitted), air conditioning (where available)
Mobility and recreation:
• Electric bicycle or children’s bicycle, recreation and sports equipment (location dependent)
Extras are shown before reservation and confirmed in the booking.
8. Deposit and damage
• Deposit paid in advance according to chalet description
• Refund after final inspection
• Damage, loss or excessive cleaning will be deducted
Procedure:
• Inspection after departure with photo or video proof in case of damage
• Refund within a reasonable period
• Objections possible within 7 days after notification
9. Check-in and check-out
• Check-in from 15:00
• Check-out before 10:00
Departure checklist (broom clean):
• Dishes cleaned and stored
• Furniture returned to original position
• Waste disposed at the collection point
10. Use of the accommodation
Not allowed:
• Smoking inside
• Exceeding maximum occupancy
• Parties or events
• Pets without prior permission
• Loud noise or nuisance (quiet hours 22:00–08:00)
BBQ and fire:
• BBQ only where and as permitted by the park
• No open fire, fire pits or charcoal during drought
11. Park rules and facilities
• Park rules are part of these conditions
• Facilities (such as swimming pools) may be seasonal or temporarily closed; no rights can be derived from this
• Supervision of children at swimming pools is mandatory according to park rules
• Park management may deny access in case of rule violations
12. Safety
• No candles or open fire indoors
• Do not remove or disable smoke or CO detectors
• Use gas and electrical equipment carefully
• Report hazards or defects immediately to management
13. Maintenance and access
• The host or manager may enter the accommodation with prior notice for maintenance
• Immediate access in case of emergency
14. Local legislation
• Guests must follow local laws and park regulations
• In France tourist registration requirements apply
15. Liability
The host is not liable for:
• Injury, loss, damage or theft
• Failures in utilities, Wi-Fi or park facilities
• Natural influences (wind, insects, pollen, rain) or disturbances caused by third parties
The tenant is responsible for damage caused by themselves, their guests or unauthorized visitors.
16. Privacy and data
• Data is used only for reservation, communication and legally required notifications
• Data is not sold to third parties
17. Complaints procedure
• Report complaints immediately to the manager during the stay
• Not resolved? Send an e-mail within 4 weeks after departure
• We always aim for a suitable solution
18. Changes to the conditions
• The conditions may be updated
• The version on the website at the time of booking applies
19. Discount codes and promotions
From time to time we may offer discount codes or promotional benefits as part of campaigns, promotions or collaborations.

We thoroughly enjoyed the sun, peace and quiet, and a neat chalet. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and comfortably furnished. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the center of Argelès. We will definitely be back next year and will stay another week!
The campsite is peacefully situated, and the chalet really offered everything we needed. Fresh bread rolls every morning, a lovely terrace, and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere on the green grounds. A truly wonderful place to completely unwind.
An excellent location for our young family. The playground and the pool were favorites with the children, while we enjoyed the peace and quiet on the veranda. Everything was neat and tidy, and the welcome was friendly and smoothly arranged.
What a lovely place! Spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The children had a great time outside, while we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view. You really feel that hospitality is carefully taken care of here.
Quiet campsite with plenty of space and privacy. The location is beautiful between nature and the village, ideal for walks and outings with the children. We received a warm welcome and everything was neatly arranged. Definitely worth repeating.
The chalet was neat and comfortably furnished. Lovely veranda, plenty of room to play, and beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery. Everything radiates peace and simplicity, exactly what we were looking for for a short holiday for two.
